Ok, so owing to popular dissent, I decided to remove the old rule 15.
HOWEVER, that having been said, I replaced it with two rules that should make sense.
15: No sockpuppetry.
16: No impersonation.
Why? Well I'm noticing that people have been going around making many accounts for themselves. Normally, I'm OK with that, but when people start to abuse this right, that's when this gets out of hand. This is sockpuppetry.
So what does it mean to use sockpuppetry? So here's an example: if one person made six different accounts and used all of them to produce a majority vote on a certain topic, this is sockpuppetry. Another example: if one person made two different accounts to evade authority (underage, vandal, etc), this is sockpuppetry.
Are there exceptions to sockpuppetry? No, not to sockpuppetry. However, making different accounts without malice is OK. If you did nothing wrong and made several different accounts for goodwill editing or other goodwills, then mutliple accounts are OK.
Now rule 16.
Why? So recently someone has decided to impersonate Emil Ace Macko and call himself the same. He went around calling himself the creator of Five Nights at Candy's and refused to prove it. This has created much confusions and deceits among some of us. I want to make clear that NO IMPERSONATORS ARE ALLOWED. Making the name is okay; pretending you are that person is NOT.
Can I call myself Emil Ace Macko and say this is not the real Emil? Yes, this is allowed. However, you have to acknowledge that you are not the real creator somehow. You can call yourself the interdimensional seeker all you want, but you have to say that this is just a fan/clone account.
Okay. Phew, that was a long one.
Any questions? Just submit it here, and I'll be sure to reply!
